ATMOS works with a network of trusted Agents who help introduce our engineered ice solutions to new businesses. Each Agent receives a unique discount code which allows us to identify which clients were referred by that Agent. When a client places their first order using an Agent’s code, that client is registered in our system under that Agent. This ensures that the Agent who made the introduction receives proper recognition for bringing that client to ATMOS.
Once a client has been onboarded through an Agent, that account cannot use discount codes from other Agents. However, clients are always welcome to use official ATMOS promotions, such as seasonal specials, low-season offers, or company-issued discounts. This policy helps us maintain fairness for all Agents while still allowing clients to benefit from promotions offered directly by ATMOS.
